Tras años probando muestras, hemos conseguido el mejor titanio de grado aeroespacial 6AL4V (Grado 5) disponible. Cada tornillo se corta con un torno CNC para garantizar la mejor resistencia y acabado posibles. Todos los herrajes de titanio Pro Duty de 1up Racing se fabrican de acuerdo con las normas más exigentes para garantizar que siempre acabes la carrera

También recomendamos utilizar los tornillos de acero del kit en la parte inferior del chasis. Utilizar tornillos de titanio en la parte inferior elevaría el centro de gravedad del vehículo y reduciría la estabilidad y la velocidad en las curvas. Existen alternativas como los tornillos de latón o tungsteno, pero hemos comprobado que o son demasiado blandos y se rompen con facilidad o son tan rígidos que reducen la flexión del chasis y afectan negativamente a la maniobrabilidad.
